Grilled and Marinated Peppers

Ingredients :
- 2 green peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 cloves of grated garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander and parsley
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Hot chili pepper (optional)



Preparation :
- Grill the peppers of various colors over the stovetop.
- Peel them and pat them dry with a paper towel without washing them with water to preserve their flavor.
- Cut them into strips.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the olive oil, garlic, coriander and parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and hot chili pepper, if desired.
- Let everything cook for 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Add the chopped peppers, stir, and remove from heat.
- Serve hot or cold.
