Grilled and Marinated Peppers

Ingredients :

  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 cloves of grated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander and parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Hot chili pepper (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Grill the peppers of various colors over the stovetop.
  2. Peel them and pat them dry with a paper towel without washing them with water to preserve their flavor.
  3. Cut them into strips.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the olive oil, garlic, coriander and parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and hot chili pepper, if desired.
  5. Let everything cook for 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
  6. Add the chopped peppers, stir, and remove from heat.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
